Being a trainer for SPVM

Being a trainer not always easy to make understand the part of respect of homeless ppl
Ppl that needed to be respected as evry human on this planet. Rich or not you all belong to God.
Standing in front of young cops and training them well they need to understand its not the gun
that's the most important but to think first. A head between 2 shoulders is not there to act
fast but to put also your place in the other person in front of you. Ask your self first why?
THE WHY?? Is the most important for YOUR reaction first. Second will go fast and you might
end the procedure in time. Its so hard to make understand the defence yes pass first but without
the bad influence of your drenaline. Think fast and react on the first step. No movement will be
the charge after to make YOUR reaction to be apply. Be in the other ones shoes plz first !!!
